SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 is a new concept for controlling rising damp. SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 is a water-repellent agent available in 600 ml sausages or 300 ml cartridges.

It is injected into a series of holes drilled into mortar or masonry using a spray gun—no injection pump required. Once injected into the mortar, SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 disperses into the damp wall to form a water-repellent barrier (DPC—Damp Proof Course), allowing the wall to dry and blocking future rising damp.

SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 meets the requirements of WTA Guideline 4-4-04/D "Masonry Injection to Prevent Capillary Damp Content".

USES

SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 can be used to treat rising damp on most wall substrates:

• Brick
• Air chamber walls
• Stone walls, etc.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Easy to install (low risk of error, does not depend on the operator).
• Single component, ready to use.
• Quick to install (no “double drilling”, no need to wait for the liquid to penetrate by pressure or gravity).
• No additional pre-sealing around the holes is required (as is the case with pressure systems).
• Quick to inject (no waiting times required to pump the material as occurs with pressure injections and no refilling is required as with gravity injections).
• Constant application rate (easy to calculate the amount of material that will be needed).
• It does not require a special and expensive pump.
• Elimination of spills and dirt (there is no problem with spills on walls, gaps or service lines).
• Concentrated formula with 80% active ingredients (introduces a low amount of inactive substances into the wall - highly effective compared to less concentrated materials).
• Low hazard, water-based - non-flammable, does not inject under pressure.
• Low amount of waste.
• Little loss of material.
• There is no risk of efflorescence (as with capillary damp treatments with silicones).
