APPLICATIONS

- Thanks to the rapid drying, it is possible to join the pieces into a single piece in a continuous work process. Neutral polymerization allows a connection without thermal or chemical pretreatment of the mounting parts

FUNCTIONALITY
- It can be applied directly from the cartridge using a suitable silicone gun (manual, air, battery).
- Cut the tip of the nozzle according to the width of the joint.
- V-nozzles are recommended for bonding applications.
- Depending on the adhesion surface, material expansion, tension and mechanical stresses with a layer thickness of 1 - 6mm.
- It can be applied with automatic dispensing equipment.
- For vapor permeable substrates the material can be applied over a large area using a notched trowel.
- The joining must take place within the processing time.
- Unhardened adhesive can be removed with rubbing or isopropyl alcohol.
- Dried adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
